To be eligible for the Provisional Investor Visa or State/territory Sponsored Senior Executive Visa, you must have had a thriving business or investment career and have a true commitment to business activities, investment, or intend to buy or begin a business in Australia.
Processing Time
Once you have submitted your application (this can be done on line), it will be accessed according to Australian immigration law criteria and you will be given a reasonable, detailed evaluation of your case.
Visa Entitlements
The provisional visa is valid for four years. Applicants of the above mentioned visas can apply for permanent visa status after they have proved to have established a successful business in Australia.
